Repatriation is not an advantageous choice
The current Italian government, and probably also the previous one, do not seem to take into account the numbers that show how inconvenient the repatriation of shipwrecked and irregular migrants is. Numerous figures say that the return act is expensive, many come back and they try again, none of the governments of origin implement policies of inclusion for these desperate people: but would they have the chance?
