The numbers of COVID in Africa

The curves show a constant slowdown in the countries reported.
Estimates of the total population are weak . The extreme example is Nigeria. We do not know the population size of the most populous country on the continent; for most countries we do not have estimates of the ratio of births to recorded deaths as a proportion of the probable total.
Do not forget the diagnostic difficulties in African countries, as mentioned here
Tanzania reports the data to the WHO on an erratic basis.
